Home Brew Concentrate – Makes 40 Pints
A pale straw coloured beer with a bold, spicy Saaz hop aroma. Crisp and dry with cleansing bitterness, Thomas Coopers Pilsener is made from premium 2- row pale malt and barley, bittering hops and a generous amount of aromatic SAAZ hops.
Fermentation with the true lager yeast, supplied, at temperatures below 20C will produce an excellent example of the pilsener style.

Takes several weeks to brew. Can be drunk after short conditioning or left to condition further for as long as required, even several years.
Makes 23 Litres (40 Pints / 5 Gallons)
Additional ingredients required
300g Sugar or Dextrose. Any white sugar can be used however we recommend brewing sugar
and Coopers recommend 500g of Light Dry Malt, our Light Spraymalt is very similar and produces the same results
Carbonation Drops for priming (sugar can be used instead)
