I brewed a 22 litre batch of pear cider, my two nephews were heading for T in the park, I gave them 15 litres, ONE OF THE ended up naked in New Musical Express,I have a picture of them drinking this stuff out of a wellington boot, they BOTH said it was because of my Cider, Strong Stuff,

I ordered my first home brew kit just a few days ago & it arrived today in France! Very well packaged & every thing just as described on the site. An hour after arrival I have my first 40 pints of Woodfordes Wherry Ale in the FV. If only I knew a couple of years ago how easy it was I could have saved a fortune on beer, can’t wait to try it & will be placing my next order very soon. Well done 10/10 from me

I have dealt with this company twice now and how amazing their customer service is, makes such a nice change!! All equipment is very well packed and good quality. Excellent service, very quick and the courier advised a one-hour time slot for delivery, so none of this “can’t give a firm time” nonsense I get from everyone else. Really pleased to deal with you guys.

I want to say a HUGE thank you to your team for the fantastic service you provide! I needed my order in a hurry and the guy I spoke to on the phone did everything he could to ensure it was on the truck and delivered the next day, depite it being 4.45pm!

Drove around for hours trying to find some brewing equipment no luck then found this site ordered on momday afternoon there on tuesday afternoon did not set foot outside my house no stress no petrol say no more, Excellent well packed service.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to you all at Home Brew Online. There are many companies out there who could learn a thing or two about customer service from you. When my first order arrived with a faulty air lock and with the contents of the tub of steriliser spilled into the packaging I thought “oh no, here we go”, but this small glitch was immediately rectified. Since then all orders have been received in good order and in very good time.
The speed of dispatch and the after sales care are superb and second to none.
Many thanks, I shall be returning to make more purchases.
